Uh huh Honey
Honey, honey, honey, listen up!

Honey is amazing because it gives the body an anti-microbial activity, which fights the bacteria that can cause digestive and skin infections. Honey gives you a boost of immunity, energy, and helps fight allergies. However, it is super important to get the right kind of honey because certain kinds of honey have a stronger boost these benefits than others.
Manuka Honey VS. Raw Honey
Manuka honey and raw organic honey are the best kinds to get. Other honeys tend to have extra chemicals added.
-Manuka honey: is like the all star honey product. It is used in medicines and on wounds and toohpastes and the list goes on and on. You'll see a number on the packaging because Manuka honey is catogorized by either the UMF rating or the MGO rating. The higher the grade or number, the more expensive (and the more beneficial). I usually reach for a 20 or 24+.
-Raw Organic Honey: If you can't get your hands on Manuka Honey, this is the next best thing. If your'e using honey for beauty (hair/face masks, etc.) I would use this kind rather than Manuka, unless you're using Manuka oil! I don't really eat raw honey anymore (except on a rare occasion in tea) because I use Manuka so much, but if I'm somewhere that I can't find Manuka I reach for this!
**Raw honey is different than just table honey. Basically table honey has had all of honey's benefits processed out if it, you might as well use sugar**
Honey Comb
My grandma always had this at her house. Honey comb is amazing because it hold honey in between the wax that is filled with fatty amino acids which help protect the liver. I eat honey comb in the morning, you can add it to toast or just by the spoon!
Bee pollen
Get it local! Amazon is normally my go-to because its super easy and fast to get but in this case do your research! For bee pollen it is best to find it local because the purpose of bee pollen is to give you exposure to your environment and help prevent allergies from the town you're in. Look for co-ops in your communities to get it.
If you absolutely can't get honey from a co-op or farmers market locally, I have linked a few honey favorites below. Just know local is best!
