Favorite Oats
I go through such phases.. The base is always the same but this is currently my most-loved.

Base:
I use 1/4 cup of steel cut oats
1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 of a banana
Tbs of flax seed meal
1 tsp of manuka honey
Pinch of himalayan sea salt
Boil the almond milk and water then add the oats. Keep on high for a few minutes then keep it on low. Add the sea salt then cover for 15 minutes. Add a mashed half of a banana and keep in on low for another 10 minutes. Add the flax seed meal and the honey and turn off the heat for 5 minutes to cool.
TOP:
All I do is mash half of a plum & berries then add chia & hemp seeds.
Add to base and voila, prendre plaisir!
