Equinox Knock off

So similar to the equinox famous eucalyptus towels at Eqiunox I make something similar at home. Lately at night when its hot out I'll soak a washcloth in ice cold water and spray cucumber/aloe, I lay this on like a face replenishing it with Evian spray throughout the next few minutes. Another tip is to prep a few and stick them in a Ziploc and freeze them. I take one out and bring one with me to the gym and by the end of my workout its perfect temp.

You don't just have to stick to rose water, you can add whatever you like rose water or spearmint, whatever you want!
